Miracles and Magic are Real

When Studio Trigger asked for support on Kickstarter, fans listened. Back in August 2013 They smashed their $150,000 goal to raise over $625,000 for a proposed sequel to their original short film, Little Witch Academia. The project's been quiet since then, until yesterday when Trigger announced that the 35 minute anime will be released in Japanese theaters later this year! Now that the black cat's out of the bag a trailer must be right around the corner.

GiTS Hyped

Masamune Shirow's cyberpunk future returns to the airwaves this spring with Ghost in the Shell: Arise Alternative Architecture. The 10-episode series will consist of re-edits of the four Arise OVAs plus two new episodes as a lead up to the new movie this summer. Remember, this is Tow Ubukata's take on the GiTS universe, the characters just live in it.
