Someone to Keep an Eye on You

Replace your ratty wall scrolls with the fresh faces of Rabbit House. Curtain Damashii is offering enough Gochiusa goods to cover every square inch of your wall space, bedding and *GULP* even your toilet. Hop on over to their homepage and never feel alone again.

Method to the Moe Madness

Sora no Method, an original anime from Kanon scenario writer Naoki Hisaya and illustrator duo QP:flapper, looks like an ero-game brought to life--and I mean that in the most flattering way possible. In a quiet town populated by weepy teens and sunflowers, the wishes of a group of girls materializes into a flying saucer that hangs over their lives. Start speculating what it all means now because we won't get to tackle the mystery until the show airs in the fall.

Don't Need to be a Maho Shojo to be a Magical Girl

Yuu-chan is so caught up in transforming into Creamy Mami that she never stopped to consider that people might want to transform into her! SuperGroupies lets you live the dream and transform into a fashionable Japanese elementary student with this Posi and Nega-print shirt and magic wand scrunchie. Now, what's the opposite of "panpuru pinpuru pamupoppun"?

Must Apply Makeup Yourself

With that said, sometimes you want to sparkle like a moon princess and for that Bandai is offering Sailor Moon's transformation brooch. Five Swarovski crystals are embedded into the sterling silver body to make you the bell of your next cosplay ball.

Buddy Up

Season one of Buddy Complex gave us a satisfying last battle but it didn't actually resolve anything. The Free Pact Alliance and Zogilian Republic are still at war and a certain silver-haired psycho is still plotting revenge. Will two extra episodes be enough to wrap everything up? We'll find out when the epilogue airs this fall.

Motivation to Feel Inspired

Take a minute to watch this clip from the independent anime production team, Tsubura. It's alright, I'll wait.

Finished? After you pick your jaw off the floor, check out the original version from 2009. Amazing what a difference five years can make! I'd like to think that I also have the potential to create amazing things if only I stay focused. But that will have to wait until I clear my back catalog of anime, manga and video games...

From the Country that Brought You Karaoke

What's the deal with musical stage adaptations of anime and video games? BlazBlue recently got one, Sailor Moon's been doing it for ten years and now Bakumatsu Rock is slated for the stage. But watching the promo clips proposes more questions than it answers which is why the 2.5 Dimensional Musical Association will open an anime musical-only theater in Shibuya next March. It's something you really have to see in person to wrap your head around.
