Meshi here, ready to serve up another heaping helping of figure previews! You may know Kate Hoshimiya better by her other name Venera, ruler of Zvezda. Now she has her sights on conquering the figure world as well! Let's dig in!

Just like the world she wants to control, this is too much to take in all at once! However even a passing glance lets us know that we are now in the world of character designer Kouhaku Kuroboshi.

Getting closer it's clear why her subordinates bow to her. She has great fashion--risque but not exactly provocative--and more confidant charisma than all the world's leaders combined!

Click to enlarge and get a better view at this gauntlet. It almost looks like a cut from the anime, doesn't it? Revolve did a great job getting the ornate simplicity just right in 3D.

The pose, cape hair and Garakuchika's ears and limbs all make for a dramatic setting. You can almost hear the sound of her heel clacking down onto the rock as she shouts her declaration of world dominance.

How about that detail for an 18cm 1/7 scale figure? First and foremost I love how they actually carved a cavity out for her mouth! the bangs, star pendant and masks are all worthy of an evil ruler too!

Garakuchika looks like just another pink stuffed animal being lugged around by a megalomaniac until you take a closer look. I'm not quite sure what it is, but it's definitely not of this world.

Speaking of things from the beyond, this hair is a cosmic horror in its own right! Manage to get under it and you find the fragile back of a playful little girl. How sweet...

I take it back! Kate looks like even more trouble without the mask!

Fans of lolitas, Kuroboshi and quirky proportions: prepare to be dominated!
